"Acupuncture Became My First Line Of Defence — And It Changed The Direction Of My Life."
Healing, to me, is a journey — a process that nurtures growth and brings harmony to the body, mind and spirit. As we move through life, our physical and emotional experiences can influence how we feel and function. My approach is to meet you where you are and help you find your way back to balance.

About Pinky
" My Approach Sits Between Two Traditions — Treating The Pattern In Front Of Me, Not Just The Label On It. "
I bring the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine together with an understanding of modern anatomy and physiology. Rather than focusing on an isolated symptom, I look at the wider pattern — and tailor each treatment to the person in front of me.

My Story
Why I Practise The Way I Do
01
My Own Healing Came First.
As a young girl, a relapse of jaundice led to immune disorders — hypothyroidism and arthritis — and the pain that came with them. Western medicine brought treatments with side effects that left me feeling isolated and confined. It was my mother who introduced me to acupuncture, opening the door to a different way of understanding and supporting my health. Acupuncture became my first line of defence in managing my arthritis and gave me back a sense of control over my own health — an experience that would ultimately shape the practitioner I chose to become.
02
A Turning Point
Later in life, losing my father was a profound loss — but it also became a turning point. It made me reflect on purpose, on what truly mattered to me, and ultimately gave me the courage to take a leap of faith: leaving the corporate world to pursue the healing art of Eastern medicine. It was a calling that brought me closer to his presence, while allowing me to find a deeper sense of purpose of my own.

Training Rooted In East And West
My training is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supported by a strong foundation in Western anatomy and physiology. I continue to deepen my practice through advanced study in Tuina, Facial Enhancement and Auricular Acupuncture, alongside my role as assisting faculty at the City College of Acupuncture and my work as a volunteer acupuncturist in hospice care. Together, these experiences continue to shape the way I practise — with knowledge, curiosity and compassion.
The beauty of Traditional Chinese Medicine is that it complements your life rather than interrupting it — a gentle approach that lets you keep living fully while it does its work.

Approach
Personalised, Not Protocol-Driven
No two people experience health in quite the same way, so I don’t believe in treating them as though they do. Every session is shaped around you — how you present on the day, the patterns I see, and what your body needs at that moment. Treatment evolves with you, rather than following a fixed protocol.
